 Q: Why are shipping rates not included in the checkout process?

A: Unfortunately, due to limitations with Shopify, we are unable to accurately determine the shipping costs for freight orders. However, if you would like to obtain a quote for shipping costs, please feel free to contact us at (713)-425-3767 for additional shipping details.

 

Q: Why can't I see the prices??

A: In order to see the prices you must first create an account, once logged in you will be able to see the product pricing. Make sure you make an account on https://exoticpopdistribution.com/ and not our main website. 

 

Q: My store is not listed on exoticpop.com, what should I do?

A: If your store is not listed on our website despite having an active membership, please don't hesitate to contact us. Simply send an email to cameron@exoticpop.com and provide us with your store name and address, and we'll promptly add it to our list. Please note that if your membership is expired, your store will be automatically removed from our website.
