Q: What should I do if clicking "Buy Membership" doesn't open anything?
A: If you're experiencing this issue, there could be a few reasons for it. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
- If you're using Safari or Internet Explorer, try using Google Chrome instead.
- If you're on mobile, try accessing the website on a desktop computer.
- Disable any ad-blocker extensions that might be interfering with the site.
- Try accessing the site in incognito mode.
- Clear your browser's cookies and cache and then try again.
If none of these options work, please contact cameron@exoticpop.com and he will assist you further in identifying the problem.
Q: What should I do if I haven't received a response after applying?
A: If you haven't heard back from us after applying, it's possible that our email response ended up in your spam/junk folder or that we haven't had the opportunity to review your application yet. To get an update on the status of your application, please contact us at cameron@exoticpop.com and include the email address you used to sign up for your distribution account.
Q: Why am I unable to access the checkout page on the Exotic Pop website and see the message "Checkout is blocked because you haven't purchased an Exotic Pop membership OR because your application has not been approved yet"?
A: The reason for this is most likely because you have not purchased a membership yet. To be able to make any purchases on our website, you need to have an active membership. You can easily purchase a membership for as low as $50 a month by clicking here.
Q: Why are shipping rates not included in the checkout process?
A: Unfortunately, due to limitations with Shopify, we are unable to accurately determine the shipping costs for freight orders. However, if you would like to obtain a quote for shipping costs, please feel free to contact us at (713)-425-3767 for additional shipping details.
Q: My store is not listed on exoticpop.com, what should I do?
A: If your store is not listed on our website despite having an active membership, please don't hesitate to contact us. Simply send an email to cameron@exoticpop.com and provide us with your store name and address, and we'll promptly add it to our list. Please note that if your membership is expired, your store will be automatically removed from our website.
